Prime Minister's Decree on Trademark Registration (*), No. 06/PM, January 18, 1995.

This was issued to ensure that protection of Trademarks is more enforceable in the country.

The DIP gives guidance on Trademark registration and is also responsible for drafting Industrial Property laws.

A new Decree on Industrial Property Matters has been drafted and submitted to the Prime Minister Office for approval.
