(540) Reproduction of the mark.
(511) International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of Registration of Marks, the 'Nice Classification'.
(210) Serial number of the application.
(220) Date of filing of application.
(731) Name and address of the applicant.
(111) Serial number of the registration.
(151) Date of registration.
(180) Expected expiration date of the registration / renewal date.
